Compensation: $115,000.00 - $180,000.00

Our organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance its urgent care services, affiliated with a respected university in Texas. This position is entirely focused on urgent care and is open to new graduates, offering a selection between two state-of-the-art locations. Reach out to us for further details.

• Become part of an urgent care team that embraces both seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with 14 shifts per month, including options for a 7 on, 7 off rotation.
• Manage 25-30 patients during each 8-hour shift, supported by full Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse staff.
• Select from two modern urgent care facilities equipped with advanced technology.
• Utilize comprehensive X-ray services and point-of-care lab testing at both locations.
• Conduct minor procedures in specialized rooms equipped for suturing.
• Receive up to 30 days of orientation support for new graduates.
• Benefit from productivity incentives based on patient volume exceeding base salary.
