Voltus is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product teams. This is a builder's role: you'll partner directly with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, build sourcing pipelines from scratch, and run a rigorous, fast-moving interview process. We're not looking for someone who waits for inbound applicants to come to us. We need someone who goes and finds the right people.
You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering and engineering leadership to fill roles ranging from generalist backend engineers to highly specialized positions in optimization and control systems, and you'll help us build a stronger, more diverse pipeline as we scale.
$110,000 - $130,000 a year Base pay is $100,000–$130,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, bonus- paid annually, plus equity. Additionally, while Voltus is an all-remote workplace, we have limitations on where employees are able to work for regulatory and security reasons.
