Key responsibilities Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions and support testing and workflow analysis Required qualifications 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge are required Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
