Seeking a full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst, the expert will manage complex projects, provide second and third-level support, and create detailed documentation while mentoring less experienced team members. Key responsibilities Create and maintain detailed documentation for new and complex processes Independently triage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues while mentoring staff Manage multiple complex projects throughout the full project management life cycle Required qualifications Typically 10+ years of experience with modern technology and application support 5+ years of experience supporting the Epic Phoenix application is strongly preferred Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency is strongly preferred Demonstrated understanding of information technology fundamentals, including SDLC Ability to work independently and effectively mentor less experienced team members
